How long do pieces take to ship?

Most of my jewelry is ready made and will ship out within 1-3 business days. Some designs, such as my made to order pieces, will be ready within 1-3 weeks of your order. 

How do I find my Ring Size?

There are a few different options! The easiest option is to visit your local jewelry shop and they will size you for free. 

You can purchase a ring sizer online. 

If you have a stacking ring that fits you well, you can find the size through a ring-sizer app! While I would recommend getting sized in person, this is always a backup option. 

If you visit craft fairs or markets, most jewelers will have a ring sizer you can use. Remember to write your sizes down for all fingers! It's easy to forget.  

Can I make a return?

While I cannot offer returns, I am more than happy to offer exchanges/credit on unworn pieces within 30 days of your purchase! Please reach out! I'd love to help. 

What if my ring feels a little loose?

Our hands naturally swell and shrink throughout the day. A trick that works for many people is to wear dainty stacking rings that fit well throughout the day, and when your statement ring is feeling a bit loose, slip one on top of the ring to keep it in place. 

Can you resize rings?

I cannot resize rings down, however, if you would like a ring sized up 1/4-1/2 size, please message me. Only sometimes this is possible, but not always! 

Will you do repairs?

I am not able to offer repairs for jewelry not made by me. Try your local jewelry store and they will hopefully point you in the right direction!

Can I order custom work?

I work on customs on a case-by-case basis! If you have a stone you would like to have set, please email me a picture or send me a DM.
