Shipping

Most of my jewelry is ready made and will ship out within 1-3 business days. Some designs, such as my made to order pieces, will be ready within 1-3 weeks of your order.

Exchanges/Returns

While I cannot offer returns for cash at this time, I can work with you on an exchange within 30 days of your purchase. Please reach out! I'd love to help.

Resizing

I cannot resize rings down, however, if you would like a ring sized up 1/4-1/2 size, please message me. Sometimes this is possible!

Repairs

I am not able to offer repairs for jewelry not made by me. Try your local jewelry store and they will hopefully point you in the right direction!

Customs

I work on customs on a case-by-case basis, and sometimes I just don't have the time to take on any more projects! If you have a stone you would like to have set, please send me a picture.
